1. About VoiceRise

VoiceRise is a faith-based personal development platform founded by Cathy Jewell to encourage women to grow in confidence, renew their thinking, and pursue their God-given purpose.

Our resources include online courses, workbooks, downloadable materials, and inspirational content designed to provide biblical encouragement and practical tools for personal growth.

2. Educational and Inspirational Purposes

All VoiceRise programs, including VoiceRise Journey, are intended for educational, informational, and inspirational purposes only.

VoiceRise does not provide professional counseling, psychological treatment, medical advice, or mental health services. Our content is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical or mental health care.

Individual experiences and results may vary. VoiceRise does not guarantee specific personal, professional, financial, or other outcomes from participating in its programs.

3. Digital Products and Purchases

VoiceRise Journey is a self-paced digital program currently offered for a one-time purchase price of $27.

There are no recurring subscription fees associated with the purchase of VoiceRise Journey. The price displayed at checkout is the applicable purchase price. Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be disclosed before payment is completed.

Upon successful payment, customers receive access to the online course and its accompanying digital materials through the designated course platform.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate purchase and account information.

4. Course Access and Availability

VoiceRise Journey is a self-paced digital program available for a one-time payment with no recurring subscription fees.

Your purchase includes access to online video lessons, a downloadable workbook, and bonus PDF resources. You may complete the program at your own pace and revisit the video lessons for as long as VoiceRise Journey remains available.

VoiceRise reserves the right to update, modify, move to another platform, or discontinue the program in the future. Ongoing access does not constitute a guarantee of lifetime or permanent access.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers in advance of a planned permanent discontinuation.

Customers may download the workbook and bonus PDF resources for their personal use and retain those downloaded copies.

Any changes to course access or availability remain subject to applicable consumer protection laws and rights associated with the original purchase.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of VoiceRise Journey and the immediate availability of course content and downloadable materials, all purchases are final and nonrefundable, except where refunds or other remedies are required by applicable law.

Please review the program description, included materials, and purchase details carefully before completing your order.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, please contact VoiceRise support so we can assist you.

6. Intellectual Property

All original VoiceRise content, including but not limited to videos, workbooks, written materials, downloadable resources, graphics, logos, branding, and course materials, is the intellectual property of VoiceRise or its respective licensors.

Purchasing a VoiceRise product grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the materials for your personal, noncommercial purposes.

You may download and retain designated downloadable materials for your own personal use.

You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, publish, share, modify for redistribution, or commercially exploit VoiceRise materials without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

7. Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login information.

You agree not to share your account credentials or allow unauthorized individuals to access purchased course materials.

VoiceRise reserves the right to restrict or suspend access in cases of unauthorized account sharing, misuse, or violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

9. Third-Party Platforms and Services

VoiceRise uses third-party technology providers, including Kajabi and payment processing services, to deliver digital products and manage purchases.

These services may have their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

While VoiceRise makes reasonable efforts to maintain reliable access to its digital products, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical difficulties, internet connectivity, or third-party service issues.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

VoiceRise strives to provide accurate, helpful, and encouraging educational content. However, all materials are provided for general educational and inspirational purposes without guarantees of specific results.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VoiceRise disclaims warranties not otherwise expressly provided and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of its website or digital products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer rights, warranties, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
